Requirements
- 3-5 years of veterinary assistant experience and/or veterinary technician license,
- Proficiency in surgery, dental rads, and procedures
- Must be comfortable and confident in caring for patients in front of clients, including restraining animals, performing blood draws, placing catheters, preparing for surgery, and performing dental cleanings with x-ray, among other tasks.
- Must be an excellent communicator and comfortable speaking with clients
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to work 4-day work week, 8:00 am- 6:00 pm
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. with assistance (we bring our equipment with us)
- Valid state-issued drivers license, and ability/comfort in driving to appointments
