Duties
- Engage in sales activities to identify and acquire new clients.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using sales administration tools.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance outreach efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
- Assist clients with benefits administration and provide guidance on policy claims as needed.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential customers effectively.
- Foster relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

- Proficient analytical skills for assessing client needs and developing tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies relevant to the insurance industry is advantageous.
- Previous experience in benefits administration is beneficial but not required.

- A valid insurance license will be required. Prefer to be licensed but training and licensing will be provided if needed.
