Key Focus Areas:
β’ Establish and improve data tracking standards for operations
β’ Drive onsite efficiency improvements across production areas
β’ Support daily reporting of output and performance metrics
β’ Implement and maintain best manufacturing practices
β’ Collaborate with business development and customer programs
β’ Enhance onsite operational capabilities and process flow
Requirements:
β’ 5 years in manufacturing, plant operations, or industrial environment
β’ Strong experience in process development and quality systems
β’ Hands-on exposure to production support and continuous improvement
β’ Strong cross-functional coordination with operations and leadership teams
β’ CAD, 3D Printing, and Product Design knowledge required
β’ Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
