Personal Driver

Martin Structures is seeking a reliable, professional, and discreet Personal Driver to provide safe and comfortable transportation for the company owner and their family. This role involves frequent long-distance travel, including overnight stays and weekend trips. The ideal candidate will be flexible, courteous, and experienced in driving luxury vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport the owner and family to various destinations, including out-of-town and weekend trips.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and well-maintained before each trip.
• Plan routes efficently, considering traffic, weather, and road conditions taking into the needs and desires of the owner.
• Assist with luggage and other personal items as needed.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate servicing.
• Remain on-call during travel periods for any transportation needs
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with the family and staff.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a personal or executive driver.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work weekends.
• Familiarity with GPS systems and route planning.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
• Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be able to pass background and reference checks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic mechanical knowledge.
• First aid certification
• Familiarity with regional and national routes

Work Schedule:

• Variability during the week, weekends and extended trips.
• Flexibility required for early mornings, late evenings, and overnight stays.
