Responsibilities
- Safely ascend to high-rise windows using appropriate access equipment such as ropes, harness and hooks.
- Clean exterior and interior windows of commercial high-rise buildings with precision and attention to detail.
- Operate specialized cleaning tools and equipment, including squeegees, scrubbers, and poles.
- Follow strict safety protocols at all times, including harnessing and fall protection measures.
- Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of work equipment and ensure proper storage after each job.
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services, preferably with high-rise window cleaning experience.
- Ability to operate scissor lifts or other elevated access equipment safely and confidently.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques suitable for glass surfaces and high-rise environments.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to working at heights, including fall protection systems.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
