Job Description
Key Outcomes:
- Prepare and maintain recurring financial and operational reports and dashboards.
- Support month-end close activities, including variance analysis and documentation of key drivers
- Assist with departmental budges and forecasts for assigned business questions and management requests
- Maintain and update financial models, templates and reporting tools
- Provide ad hoc financial and operational analysis to support business questions and management requests
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business performance and support informed decision-making
- Contributes to continuous improvement of reporting, analysis, and financial processes
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial data and reporting outputs
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or closely related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a related analytical role Healthcare and/or health plan experience is
- Experience working with large data sets and translating data into clear, usable insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a matrixed environment Solid understanding of financial statements, basic accounting concepts and GAAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., Axiom, SQL, data warehouses)Clear written and verbal communication skills.
