RECEIVING ASSISTANT
Job Description:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Receiving Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate inventory management by recording incoming merchandise into our point-of-sale (POS) system. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Accurately receive and verify all incoming shipments
- Enter received products into the POS system in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain up-to-date and organized records of received inventory
- Assist in regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve receiving issues or discrepancies
- Collaborate with Martin’s staff to ensure efficient flow of goods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
