Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Route Sales Representative role based in Brunswick, OH. The Route Sales Representative is responsible for servicing an assigned sales route, including delivering Martin’s products to retail and foodservice customers, merchandising shelves and displays, rotating stock, and ensuring product freshness. The role includes building relationships with store personnel, identifying sales opportunities, executing promotional activities, and maintaining accurate invoices and delivery records. Daily tasks also involve loading and unloading product, managing inventory levels, monitoring orders, and handling basic customer inquiries or issue resolution in a professional manner. The position requires safe operation of a company or route vehicle, adherence to all food safety and company policies, and reliable attendance for early-morning start times and occasional weekend or holiday work.
Qualifications
