Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deli Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality deli products. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve deli items, including meats, cheeses, and sandwiches, in accordance with food safety guidelines.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including upselling and promoting daily specials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow all food handling procedures to maintain quality and safety of products served.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or a quick service & fast food restaurant is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential.
