Martin’s is currently seeking Banquet Managers for our large volume in-house catering facilities in PG County our Martin's Crosswinds location.
This position offers an annual bonus program.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising, motivating & directing staff during catering functions.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all company team members, fostering and promoting a cooperative, harmonious work environment keeping morale, productivity, and efficiency high
- Holds self to a higher standard, being a role model at all times
Job Requirements
Qualifying candidates must have 5 yrs. of catering/management experience, be detail-oriented, self-motivated, & able to work a flexible schedule. Must have excellent communication, leadership & interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
