FUNCTIONS: Provides purchasing duties for all departments in the Corporate Office, and assists with purchasing duties for the restaurant locations and maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities are inclusive of the specific items listed below but are not limited solely to those responsibilities.
Duties
- Prepare store orders to be distributed to 20 restaurant locations.
- Monitor, track and maintain adequate inventory supply of necessary items for the corporate office, maintenance, and restaurant locations.
- MUST be proficient in excel to update and produce reports for the CEO and respective departments (i.e., must be proficient with formulas).
- Manage all copiers in the corporate office by maintaining copier supplies as well as generate service calls and conduct meter readings.
- Manage employee uniform inventory.
- Process employee uniform orders, exchanges and refunds, and submits paperwork to HR for processing.
- Fill orders for restaurant kitchen smallwares to be distributed to the restaurant locations.
- Fill order requests for the maintenance team including commercial appliance parts for repairs, etc.
- Fill order requests for the corporate office including office supplies, etc.
- Orders operations’ forms and supplies from printer for restaurants and Corporate Office; reviews printing invoices and submits for payment.
- Generates, copies and distributes reports to the restaurant location including reports about YTD gross sales, side orders sold, monthly sales, etc.
- Completes and follows-up on weekly maintenance list for Corporate Office.
- Manage third party deliveries (i.e., FedEx, UPS, etc.).
- Special projects at direction of the CEO.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite, especially Excel.
- Must be knowledgeable and have experience with Excel formulas.
- Knowledgeable of restaurant kitchen smallwares.
- Self-starter.
- Reliable transportation.
- Experience with Quickbooks is a PLUS!
- Experience with MaintainX is a PLUS!
- $21.63/hr - $26.44/hr ($45K - $55K per year).

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
