The ideal District Manager candidate qualifications:
- 3 years’ experience in a Multi-Unit, District Manager role
- Experience in a mainstream or corporate restaurant environment is a plus
- Must demonstrate a track record of leading sales growth and quality/safety standards
- Must be a dedicated planner and organizer...experienced in developing annual business plans for each restaurant
- Must be effective at interpersonal and conflict resolution and people developer
- Must be a proven trainer and team builder
- Solid, logical career progression into current position
- Must have a “lightening rod” personality and leadership style

Responsibilities include:
· The District Manager is responsible for supporting and managing all restaurant Managers and their management team members to ensure the brand standards are being met
· The District Manager is also responsible for the coaching and training of restaurant General Mangers on a monthly basis with the goal of optimizing profitability & strengthening operational performance
· The District Manager is also responsible for meeting the defined financial and guest service goals of their territory
· In addition, he/she is responsible for communicating and documenting issues, such as policies and procedures compliance, Operational improvements, and general marketing practices
