- High-volume operation generating $50,000–$60,000 per week, with peak volumes exceeding $80,000 through catering and special events
- Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner business

- Significant focus on food quality, preparation, and execution
- Weekend-driven sales volume
Key Responsibilities
- Direct all restaurant operations and financial performance
- Recruit, develop, coach, and retain management and hourly team members
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Ensure food quality, safety, sanitation, and brand standards are consistently executed
- Manage labor, food cost, and controllable expenses
- Build a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement
- Develop future leaders within the organization
Ideal Candidate Background
We are seeking experienced General Managers from:
