Job Overview
Martin Property Maintenance is looking for a hardworking and reliable team member to join our growing company. We provide residential and commercial lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, and property maintenance services throughout the area.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and can operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care services including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Operate zero-turn mowers, tractors, plow trucks, and small power equipment
- Complete spring and fall cleanups
- Assist with mulch installation and flower bed installation
- Perform commercial snow removal and ice management during winter months
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Work efficiently with team members to complete projects on schedule
- Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance
Qualifications
- Experience operating plow trucks.
- Experience operating zero-turn mowers and landscaping equipment
- Ability to safely use power tools and small equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Landscaping or lawn care experience preferred but willing to train the right person

- Full-time
