Martin Pringle is a regional law firm with offices in Wichita, El Dorado and Overland Park, Kansas and Kansas City, Missouri. Formed in Wichita in 1951, the firm has grown to more than 40 attorneys with expertise in a wide range of litigation and transactional practices.

Experienced Litigation Associate Attorney

Martin Pringle is looking for experienced Litigation Attorneys in its Overland Park/Kansas City office. The ideal candidates have at least 3 years of litigation experience, including depositions and courtroom appearances, and enjoys managing cases from start to finish.

We’re looking for self-starters who can think strategically, communicate effectively, and provide practical, client-focused advice. You’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting matters, collaborate with a talented team, and build lasting relationships with clients.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3 years of litigation experience, including depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Confidence managing client relationships and handling cases with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Professionalism, good judgment, and a sense of humor (we appreciate all three).
