You will need..
- 4 years of experience in Capital Markets Law
- Significant experience in drafting and reviewing registration statements, prospectuses, and offering documents for debt and equity offerings.
- Experience in preparing and filing SEC periodic reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements).
- Experience in managing the full due diligence process for capital markets transactions.
- Experience in advising a diverse client base, both in the US and internationally. Clients range from mid-cap issuers to investment banks, on corporate governance and SEC compliance.
- Experience in running deals from start to finish with significant autonomy.
Salary : $300,000 - $315,000
