Licensed Loan Officer Assistant (LP2) – Pre-Approval & Pipeline Specialist

We are hiring a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant (LP2) to work directly alongside our leadership team and Team Captain. This is a key, client-facing role focused on pre-approvals, communication, and pipeline execution.

Qualifications
- Active NMLS license
- 5 years in mortgage processing, underwriting, LOA, or origination
- Strong knowledge of agency guidelines and major LOS platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Salary : $60,000
