What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with Nicole Blakeman, Team Captain, supporting her leadership and ensuring the smooth flow of our business.
• Be a trusted point of contact for clients and partners.
• Manage loan files, gather and review documents, and keep deals moving forward.
• Communicate proactively with clients, Realtors, attorneys, and teammates—no surprises, no dropped balls.
• Own the details: deadlines, follow-ups, and the “little things” that make a huge difference.
• Help us deliver the kind of white-glove experience that keeps clients coming back and partners raving.
