Essential Functions
Responsibilities include:- Develop accurate budgets for capital and field construction projects
- Manage capital and field construction projects
- Manage contractor performance to safety, quality, and productivity metricsandnbsp;
- Design and management of new plant installations and process improvement projectsandnbsp;
- Support of critical plant maintenance projects
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, corporate and contractors
- Must be able to manage multiple projects throughout the district simultaneously
- Must be able to read blueprints and provide oversight for steel fabrication and erection, concrete installation including experience with concrete forming systems and detailed surveying skills
- Work with AutoCAD software for plant design
- Perform all other related duties as assigned
- Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or mining engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience required
