What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Supervisor position at Martin Marietta?
Martin Marietta is currently looking for a Production Supervisor to assist with operation activities at our Smyrna and Lebanon Tennessee quarry operations just outside Nashville, Tennessee. This would include safety leadership, production, and plant/mobile equipment maintenance.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position will supervise up to 12 direct reports.
Work Environment
This job operates frequently in an operations and maintenance environment in a surface mine location. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Required Education and Experience
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Valid US driver's license
- 4 years’ related mining experience
- Minimum 1-year supervisory experience in a mining environment
