Job Overview

• Shift: Evenings (Minimum 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) with overtime options.

Key Duties

• Maintenance: Change equipment oil, grease plant bearings, take oil samples, and follow the lubrication schedule.
• Repairs & Upkeep: Clean and change screens, splice belts, do cutting, welding, and fabrication work.
• Monitoring: Check conveyors, screens, crushers, and stockpiles for size issues or trouble.
• Communication: Train on the JLG lift, fill out daily checklists, and talk with the next shift about plant changes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous mining experience strongly preferred
• Experience working on a mine site preferred
• Working knowledge of heavy construction or mining equipment

• Ability to follow written work plans and prioritize tasks
• Ability to read equipment operating manuals
• Ability to interpret gauges and complete inspection reports
• Effective communication skills
