Martin Marietta is currently looking for a Production Supervisor for its underground/surface mine location based out of Noblesville, Indiana. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for assisting in managing all safety, operational, financial, environmental and personnel duties for the plant in accordance with company programs, policies, and guidelines as well as government agencies.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for training and development of team, scheduling, performance management, and effective leadership of the hourly workforce
- Successfully implement the Company’s safety and environmental processes
- Successfully lead and manage to established production, safety and environmental objectives and metrics
- Be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Be proficient with a computer and Microsoft Office programs and other similar programs
- Strong mechanical background
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Education And Experience
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 4 years’ experience in aggregate operations, preferred
- Minimum 1-year supervisory experience in a mining environment preferred with underground mining experience
- Skill Trade Certification(s) are a plus
- Bilingual a plus
- Knowledge of MSHA regulations
