Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategic Oversight
- Direct and coordinate activities across departments and buildings.
- Lead strategic planning and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Act as the Executive Director when needed.
- Serve as administrative lead for designated committees.
- Delegate duties with clear accountability and communication.
- Conduct regular interdepartmental meetings.
- Set and review goals with site and department managers.
- Support customer service initiatives using Truthpoint surveys.
- Liaise with governing bodies, corporate staff, medical staff, and regulatory agencies (MDH, CMS, HUD, MMFHA).
- Represent Ebenezer in community, state, and national associations.
- Promote public relations and lifelong learning initiatives.
- Drive census/occupancy through active marketing and referral management.
- Collaborate on budget planning and monitor financial performance.
- Administer HR policies fairly.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, Workers Comp, and other employment standards.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in LTC Administration, Management, Human Services, or related field (Required)
- Master’s in Business Administration (Preferred)
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role (Required)
- 5 years preferred
- Licensed Health Services Executive (LHSE) by BELTSS Board or
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD)
