Initially, the role includes approximately 40% litigation support and 60% office management, giving you a leadership development opportunity that combines legal expertise with business operations.

What You'll Do

Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:

  • Draft and file petitions, discovery, and other legal documents
  • Coordinate service of process and maintain court deadlines
  • Schedule and prepare for depositions, mediations, and trials
  • Assist with case management, document review, and trial prep
  • Communicate clearly with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and court personnel
  • Maintain an organized litigation calendar and case tracking system

Office Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Systems development and process improvement
  • Team support and coordination
  • Vendor/technology liaison work
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and supporting overall team organization
  • Help coordinate internal meetings and team communications
  • Serve as a central point of contact for administrative workflows
  • Ensure the office environment reflects our values—welcoming, efficient, and professional
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in personal injury law
  • Interest in firm operations and potential firm management
  • Proven ability to manage a litigation caseload
  • Strong time management, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficient with case management systems (Filevine experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Texas State court procedures
  • High school diploma required; college degree or paralegal certification preferred
