Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Babysitter to provide attentive, nurturing, and responsible care for our two children, ages 2 1/2 year old and 10 months. In this role, you will create a safe and engaging environment, support children's developmental needs, and assist families with daily routines. Duties
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and other daily activities to ensure their safety at all times
- Prepare nutritious snacks and meals suited to each child's dietary needs and preferences
- Support children's routines including bathing, dressing, diapering (for infants/toddlers), and bedtime preparations
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote development, creativity, and social skills
- Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress, behaviors, and any concerns that arise
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children across different age groups, including infants through elementary school-age children
- Knowledge of child supervision best practices and safety protocols
- Additional training in childcare or nannying is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple children simultaneously while maintaining patience and attentiveness
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and caregivers
