Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry, is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Customer Focused: A genuine commitment to delivering first-class customer service and exceeding client expectations.

Availability: Willingness to work on-site in Lewiston, Idaho, with the flexibility to meet clients' schedules.
Responsibilities
