Martin Insurance Group is growing, and we’re looking for a positive, people-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in either our Carbondale or Eagle office.
No insurance experience? No problem. We’re happy to train motivated candidates looking for a long-term career opportunity. What You’ll Do
- Assist customers by phone and in person with policy questions and service requests
- Provide support with billing questions, policy changes, renewals, and cancellations
- Answer questions about insurance products and services
- Gather customer information in a professional and friendly manner
- Prepare policy documents and process account updates
- Generate and send invoices to customers
- Assist clients with claims support and follow-up
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
What We’re Looking For

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to commute to either Carbondale or Eagle, CO
