Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Litigation/Divorce Paralegal at our office in Gloucester, VA. The Paralegal will manage case files, assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and perform document reviews to support case preparation. The role also involves ensuring all documents meet quality standards and court requirements, as well as providing support for trial preparation and legal hearings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Strong skills in Legal Research to support case investigations and development
- Experience drafting legal Pleadings and Motions
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Proficiency in legal software and tools is preferred
- Paralegal certification or relevant legal education is strongly recommended
