Project Manager — Commercial Construction | Martin Horn
Martin Horn is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of complex, high-impact commercial projects — typically $5M–$15M, ground-up or major renovation. You'll lead your own jobs from preconstruction through punch list, own the client and architect relationships, and mentor an Assistant PM along the way.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead projects from precon through closeout, typically $5M–$15M
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and architects
- Oversee planning, budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and closeout
- Use CMiC and internal tools to track every dollar in real time
- Mentor your assigned APM while collaborating daily with experienced PMs and executives
- Keep subcontractors, vendors, and field teams aligned and delivering quality work
What You Bring
- 5 years as a full-time PM on commercial projects (or comparable experience)
- A track record of delivering on time and on budget
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Working knowledge of construction contracts, CPM scheduling, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Familiarity with construction systems and software (CMiC a plus)
- A team mindset, a calm presence, and a drive to solve problems
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Salary : $95,000 - $130,000
