Company Description
Build More Than Projects. Build Your Future.
Since 1976, Martin-Harris Construction (MHC) has grown into Nevada’s largest general contractor, delivering impactful projects across the Southwest from our offices in Las Vegas, Reno, and Denver. But what truly defines us isn’t just what we build — it’s how we build it, and who we build it with.
At Martin-Harris, you’ll be part of a team that takes pride in doing things the right way. Our work spans a wide range of industries and project types — from fast-moving tenant improvements to complex, large-scale ground-up developments exceeding $100M. We are a relationship-driven company, grounded in core values of integrity, accountability, respect, teamwork, and shared success. These values aren’t just words — they shape how we lead, how we collaborate, and how we support one another. Here, your contributions matter, your ideas are valued, and your growth is a priority.
Whether you’re early in your career or looking for your next step, Martin-Harris offers the opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact alongside a team that’s committed to excellence.
If you’re driven, motivated, and ready to be part of something bigger—we’d like to meet you.
