Duties
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and warmth, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer support.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software.
- Oversee office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and supply inventory control.
- Coordinate internal and external events by planning logistics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Assist with general administrative responsibilities such as typing correspondence, managing office emails, and supporting team members with personal assistant tasks when needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and multi-line phone system handling.
- Experience in clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, calendar management, and document preparation.
