Responsibilities

- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, networking events, and telemarketing campaigns to identify insurance needs.
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ financial situations to recommend suitable health and life insurance policies that align with their goals.
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction while adhering to company guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up on client inquiries promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining policy benefits clearly, addressing concerns, and guiding clients through the benefits administration process.

Qualifications
