- Communicate effectively to explain policy details, coverage options, and benefits administration.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to meet client requirements.
- Assist in sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records.
- Analyze client information to recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations (including HIPAA compliance), and product offerings to better serve clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance client satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with insurance sales processes or benefits administration is a plus but not mandatory.
