The Sales & Service Compliance Specialist prepares and analyzes sales data from multiple platforms and develops reports and presentations for management. This role reviews technical dashboards, including Mr. Blade, N2, and other platforms—to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. In addition, the position administers the company fleet program, manages contractor and customer compliance portals, and issues insurance certificates (COIs). The role may require work outside normal business hours from time to time. This is not a remote position. You must live within driving distance of Neponset, IL.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Compiles and analyzes sales and customer data to produce reports and insights for management, utilizing tools such as Copilot, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Reviews and conducts analysis of intelligent dashboards, including Mr. Blade and N2, to identify concerns and proactively alert sales management or customers as needed.
- Administers the company fleet program, ensuring all sales and service vehicles are properly allocated, inspected, maintained, decaled, operational, and adequately insured. Reports vehicle accidents to management and the insurance provider.
- Maintains contractor customer compliance portals, gathering required documentation and ensuring ongoing compliance so sales and service personnel can access customer sites as required.
- Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to develop data-driven plans and presentations aimed at increasing sales performance.
- Issues and administer insurance certificates (COIs) for customers and trade shows, ensuring accurate and timely distribution to the appropriate parties.
- May assist with export compliance certificate reviews for U.S. export orders, as needed.
Education, Experience & Training:
- Two-year degree/certificate in business administration or related field required; high school diploma or equivalent work experience required. 4-year business degree preferred
- Two or more years of prior work-related experience with sales analysis
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Office Suite specific to Excel, Power Point, Word and Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience administering customer/contractor compliance portals and managing required documentation and records.
- Working knowledge of fleet administration and insurance documentation, including coordinating and issuing certificates of insurance (COIs).
- Excellent phone, oral and written communication skills required.
