Residential Entry Door and Window Installer - Union

Martin Door is a third-generation family-owned company specializing in the sale, installation, and service of doors and windows. The company has been in business since 1965 and has built a reputation of excellence by consistently delivering high quality and personalized service to their customers for their door and window needs.

We are looking for an experienced residential entry door and window installer to help us build our own in-house team. We value first in class customer service and delivery of our projects and we need you to act as the front line to our sparkling reputation. What We’re Looking For:

- Installation experience with Entry Doors, French Doors, Sliding Patio Doors, and Hardware

- Carpentry Experience (measuring, installing, finish trim, etc.)

- Experience ordering materials on a per job basis to create a beautiful installation

- Experience with replacement windows and using a coil stock brake

Day to Day:

- Gathering materials for onsite installations

- Consulting with the main office on ordering materials

- Measuring after the sale

- Working with the sales team to provide accurate bids and pricing based on your industry experience

- Installing Residential entry doors, patio doors, storm doors, French doors, including frames and hardware. Measuring, bending, installing coil stock

- Working with all aspects of the installation of residential entry doors and windows at the demand of the business

Our Ideal Candidate:

-Full Cycle Installation Experience with residential entry doors and windows

- Experience with Hollow Metal Steel Frames, Panic Devices, and Aluminum Frame Storefront preferred

-Vested time in the Carpenter’s Union (not required)

- Able to complete quality installations independently and also advise the business on materials, pricing, scheduling, etc.

- Must have clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.50 - $29.00 per hour
