What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treatment Coordinator position at Martin Dentistry?
We are currently adding a full-time Treatment Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across our Tri-Cities locations.
This role focuses on creating a smooth and welcoming experience for patients while supporting scheduling, communication, and coordination within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and assist with check-in and check-out
- Provide clear, friendly communication both in person and over the phone
- Support scheduling needs, including filling gaps and managing changes
- Coordinate with clinical team members to help accommodate same-day care when possible
- Assist with patient follow-up, including confirmations and outreach for incomplete treatment
- Maintain awareness of patient financing options (training available)

- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable communicating with a variety of patients and team members
- Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable
- Previous dental or healthcare experience is helpful, but not required
