Martin Dentistry has been serving our friends and neighbors in the Tri-Cities for over 40 years with locations in Kingsport, Johnson City, Colonial Heights, and Elizabethton. We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented, part-time Patient Coordinator with a passion for patient care!

The Patient Coordinator is responsible for:
- Providing quality customer service
- Greet patients when they enter or leave the office
- Coordinate with Treatment Coordinator and Doctors to provide the opportunity for same day care to patients
- Knowledge of patient financing is a plus
- Helping ensure the hygiene and operative schedules are full
- Ensure our patients are receiving the best dental care they need by making outbound calls to confirm patients, to reschedule patients that do not make their appointment, and to call patients that have treatment that needs to be completed.
