Description Of Duties/Essential Functions
Under direction, conducts a variety of paraprofessional office support activities; utilizing a personal computer, develops complex spreadsheets and report applications; establishes and revises formats; utilizes the Information Medical System Application (IMSA) data files for routine research of provider information.
Minimum Requirements
Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to two years of secretarial/business college or completion of high school and two years of related office experience or two years of independent business experience. Requries extensive knowledge of office practices, procedures and programs, composition, grammar, spelling and punctuation, and basic mathematics. Requires working knowledge of the logic of computer programs/language. Requires ability to follow oral and written instructions. Requires ability to type accurately at 30 wpm.
