Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Superintendent, based in Stuart, FL. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Superintendent, including managing schedules, calendar coordination, and correspondence. Responsibilities include preparing reports, maintaining confidentiality, organizing meetings, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. The role requires professionalism, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and time management skills to manage calendars, appointments, and deadlines
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as correspondence, office tools, and document preparation
