Role Description The Field Engineer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA, with some flexibility for work from home. This position supports concrete construction projects by providing on-site technical guidance, coordinating field activities, and assisting with layout, measurements, and quality checks. The Field Engineer collaborates with project managers, supervisors, and field crews to ensure plans and specifications are correctly implemented, and identifies and resolves technical issues that arise in the field. Daily responsibilities include documenting site conditions, monitoring progress against schedules, supporting troubleshooting and technical support needs, and facilitating clear communication among project stakeholders. The role also involves preparing reports, assisting with project documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of field service processes.
