Responsibilities:
Follow direction from Department supervisor on a daily basis
Maintain facility and equipment in good functioning order
Perform general plumbing, electrical, wall repair, painting, and maintenance tasks
Engage with elderly residents and families in a kind and courteous manner
Carry out various maintenance tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Must have a clear Level 2 background screening through AHCA
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive outlook and willingness to engage with elderly residents and families
Ability to lift and move equipment or materials as needed
