The Martin Center for ABA is looking for highly qualified and motivated full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team
What we do:
The Martin Center for ABA provides one-on-one, in center, behavior therapy for children with an autism diagnosis. The company is owned and operated by BCBAs, which means that the focus of the company is always on what is best for the client. With the guidance of the supervising BCBA, RBTs implement behavior treatment plans, collect and enter daily data, and generate daily progress reports for their clients.The Martin Center offers an early intervention, school modeled program that meets from 9am-3pm every day (M-F). This means that the majority of services are provided in center with little to no driving. In addition, the Martin Center for ABA offers free supervision for students looking to gain experience hours for their BCBA.

Responsibilities:
- Implementing behavior programming and interventionsoutlined by your supervisor
- Completing and entering daily data collection
- Creating and organizing client materials
- Maintaining professional relationships with clients and their families
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
