CDL A Delivery Driver

Position Summary:
Under minimal supervision prepares truck for daily transfers of product and equipment from one company location to another company location.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Conducts pre and post vehicle inspections
• Maintains driver logs through our automated system
• Unloads and checks in product
• Operates company vehicle in a safe and courteous manner
• Ensures accuracy of load
• Completes all required paperwork
• Is compliant with all State and Federal regulations as it relates to the job
• Must maintain an acceptable driving record in compliance with DOT requirements
• Performsall other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent driving record
• Possess a valid Class A drivers license from an approved driver training school
• Ability to lift up to 165lbs
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Attention to detail
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety procedures
• Ability to use hand cart and truck
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Position must pass a post offer drug test and background check
