- The Assistant General Manager will help manage a multi-temperature, tech-driven, customer-focused warehouse and must be willing to relocate for career advancement within Martin Brower
- As a Assistant General Manager, you will ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality working environment for all employees in a 24/7 warehouse
- You will provide leadership to the Transportation and Warehouse Managers, fostering high employee morale and engagement
- You will achieve annual performance goals by executing company processes effectively and participating in budget and P&L development
- You will solve problems promptly to maximize customer satisfaction and contribute to strategic facility initiatives and committees
- You will present at customer and employee meetings, and champion change to drive facility improvements
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree with 7 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma with 10 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience
- Master’s Degree
