Position Responsibilities:
- The Operations Manager will direct and control the operational effectiveness of the warehouse and fleet operations within the market unit
- This role ensures appropriate inventory levels are maintained and timely reorders are placed and scheduled guaranteeing a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction
- You’ll be responsible for maximizing fleet utilization and execution of warehouse initiatives, such as budget management and labor relations
- The Operations Manager must have firsthand knowledge of warehouse management systems to coordinate and develop special training programs for personnel
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 9 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of management experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s Degree
