Job Overview
- Delivery drivers at Martin Bros. are responsible for providing on time and accurate delivery of customer orders while providing Legendary Customer Service.
- Martin Bros drivers do more than just drive semi-trucks. They hand deliver the product off the truck into the customer’s facility using a 2-wheel handcart and ramp off the back of the semi-trailer.
- Delivery routes are scheduled with start times between 2-4am, some routes may start earlier or later depending on schedule.
- The average driver is working 10–12-hour days and currently averages 50-55 hours per week.
- A Class A CDL is required with a good driving record.
- CDL A license with good driving record
- Medical Card
- 21 years of age
- This is a physical job - Ability to safely lift cases and use a handcart to deliver product up/down ramp
- Must successfully pass a background check, DOT physical and drug screen
- No weekends
- Excellent pay - average total compensation $80,000-100,000/year
