Delivery Driver

As a Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, representing the Martin Bros. brand with professionalism, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned tractor/trailer to deliver products to customers on scheduled routes.
• Ensure accurate and on-time deliveries, placing products in designated temperature-controlled areas (cooler, freezer, dry storage, etc.).
• Stack, scan, and transport products safely during deliveries.
• Issue credits and handle returns as directed by company procedures.
• Perform customer service functions, including collections when required.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, or the Transportation office as needed.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, maintaining positive relationships.
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and uniform requirements.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain ELD logs in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Evaluate delivery sites for potential safety hazards and practice safe driving principles.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL).
• Ability to work early morning shifts, typically starting between 2:00 4:00 AM.
• Willingness to work 1012-hour shifts, averaging 5055 hours per week.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Professional conduct with customers, the public, and coworkers.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as stacking, scanning, and transporting products.

Compensation

Average total compensation: $80,000 $100,000 per year
