Responsibilities
- Consult with Prospective Clients Conduct phone and virtual consultations to assess client needs, educate individuals on Medicare and related insurance options, and recommend appropriate solutions including Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug Plans, and ancillary products.
- Present and Close Insurance Solutions Prepare and present personalized insurance recommendations, explain coverage options clearly, answer questions, and guide clients through the enrollment process while maintaining a high level of professionalism and trust.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships Provide exceptional service to both new and existing clients through ongoing communication, policy reviews, renewals, account updates, and identification of additional coverage opportunities when appropriate.
- Manage CRM and Sales Pipeline Activities Accurately document client interactions, policy information, and sales activities within the CRM system to ensure proper follow-up, reporting, and client service.
- Achieve Sales and Performance Goals Meet or exceed individual sales targets and key performance metrics while contributing to overall agency growth through effective lead management, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain Compliance and Industry Knowledge Stay current on Medicare regulations, carrier products, industry trends, and licensing requirements while ensuring all sales and service activities comply with applicable federal and state guidelines.

- Must be available to work on-site Monday through Friday in our Irvine office.
- No insurance license required to apply. In fact, we prefer candidates with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn over those with prior industry experience. We provide training, support, and resources to help qualified candidates obtain their California Life & Health Insurance License. Upon successful licensure, we reimburse licensing costs, cover Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance, and pay ongoing license renewal and maintenance expenses.
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
