We’re seeking a motivated, competitive Producer who can turn leads into long-term client relationships. Learn and use your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends to connect with clients, identify their needs thru meaningful conversations, and offer tailored solutions that deliver value and protect clients' assents. You’ll help develop strategies and achieve sales targets while growing your career in a supportive environment where the customers' needs are valued.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate leads, answer phones, schedule appointments, and assess customer needs to recommend insurance and financial services
- Collaborate with the agency team to set and meet marketing and sales goals
- Maintain a strong work ethic and daily commitment to success
- Build lasting client relationships alongside your agency team
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual, sales and office professional (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred with strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with customers
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals preferred
- Property & Casualty insurance license required on start date (reimbursement of learning materials and testing fees)
