We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive individual to join a collaborative and close-knit team as a Senior Media Buyer.
As a Senior Media Buyer, you bring strong, strategic negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure competitive pricing, valuable added-value packages, and advantageous inventory positions.

What You’ll Do
● Plan, negotiate, and execute multi-channel media buys (Broadcast, Cable, OTT/CTV, Addressable, Terrestrial Radio, Streaming Video & Audio, and OOH) across competitive markets, managing budgets while securing strong rates, inventory, and added value.
● Lead Tier 2 and Tier 3 automotive buying with expertise in OEM requirements, LMA guidelines, and coop compliance while adapting quickly to incentive changes, competitive pressure, and urgent dealer needs.
● Own stewardship and reporting including post buy analysis, invoice reconciliation, makegoods, added value, delivery tracking, trafficking notes, buy summaries, and proof of performance while partnering with internal teams to ensure timely billing and documentation.
What You’ll Bring
● Minimum 5 years of media buying experience, with automotive retail buying experience required.
● Proven success buying in high-demand and highly competitive markets.
● Experience managing $5M–$8M in annual billings across multiple markets.
● Strong negotiation skills with a record of securing competitive pricing and strong added value.
● Experience planning and negotiating local sponsorships, including sports and local event placements.
● Experience buying and planning for multicultural audiences across relevant channels and markets.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and pivot quickly as priorities shift.
● Strong media math proficiency: GRPs, CPP/CPM, impressions, ratings, reach/frequency, and audience targeting.
● Required experience with invoice reconciliation, post-buy analysis, makegoods, added value, and under-delivery management.
● Proficiency in key media tools, including Strata / Freewheel, S-Traffic, Nielsen Ad Intel, SQAD, Nielsen Ratings/Comscore & Local TV Tools, Scarborough, MRI-Simmons.
